Jeet Kune Do is the form of Martial art that was developed and taught by one of the greatest masters of all time – Bruce Lee. This form of Martial art involves a perfect co-ordination between the body and the mind with emphasis on the spiritual element. Jeet Kune Do came out of another style of Kung Fu called the Jun Fan Gung Fu. According to Bruce Lee, Jeet Kune Do is not another style of Martial art, it is a complete form of Martial art that has inherited what is required and "casting off what is useless" according to Lee's philosophy.
