Ashtanga Yoga is involves synchronizing our breathing through various progressive postures. The Ashtanga yoga helps to purify sweat and thus detoxifies the muscles and other organs in the body. The result of this can be experienced by you through improved circulation and a calm mind. This form of Yoga was recorded by the sage Vamana Rishi in an ancient document called the Yoga Korunta.
